What happens when I join online?
Signing up takes just a few minutes. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you hit join to your first visit.

02 📋 Fill in your detailsYou'll be taken to our secure online portal. Enter your name, contact details, date of birth, and set up your direct debit. It only takes a couple of minutes. |
03 ✅ Confirmation emailOnce you've completed sign-up, you'll receive a confirmation email with your membership details. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive straight away. |
04 🏊 Visit the front deskPop in to reception on your first visit and we'll get you set up with your member access tag. Our team will walk you through the facility. |
05 💪 Start trainingYou're in! Head to the pool, hit the gym, or join a group fitness class.
