Purchase your Reset pass online. You'll receive a confirmation email — keep it handy.
Come In Within 3 Weeks
Head to our reception desk at 77 Broadway, Newmarket. You must collect within 3 weeks of your purchase date.
Bring Your ID
Valid photo ID is required — no exceptions. Have your purchase confirmation email ready too.
2–3 Mins to Set Up
Our team will get you set up quickly. Allow 2–3 minutes at reception on your first visit.
Get Your Access Card
You'll receive a temporary access card to use each visit during your 10 days.
Love It? Join Gold
If you upgrade to a full membership after your trial, you'll get a permanent membership card.

Photo ID Required at Collection
You must present valid photo ID when you come to collect your pass at reception. Without ID, the pass will not be activated — no exceptions.
Email & Personal Details Required
Your email address and personal details are collected at the time of purchase and verified at collection. These are used to confirm your identity and prevent misuse.
Collect Within 3 Weeks
Your pass must be collected from reception within 3 weeks of your purchase date. Passes not collected within this window will expire.
New Members Only
This offer is for new members only and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion. One redemption per person.
One Purchase Per Person
Duplicate purchases using the same or similar personal details will be identified. Only one pass will be honoured per individual.
No Refunds for Misuse
Fake names, false details, or attempts to redeem multiple times will result in the transaction being declined. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
By purchasing The Reset, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to decline any redemption where terms have not been met or where misuse is suspected. Management's decision is final.
