Your Consultation

A one-on-one sit-down with a member of our gym team to learn about you, your goals, and how we can help you get there.

  • Set your goals and training expectations
  • Gym orientation — learn your way around
  • Build your personalised exercise plan
  • Introduction to PT options if you want them
Session Two

Your Program Walkthrough

We take you through your exercise program in person, so you leave feeling confident and ready to train on your own.

  • Full guided walkthrough of your program
  • Correct technique on every exercise
  • Understand warm-up, conditioning & cooldown
  • Learn how to progress over time
  • Know when to update your program (every 8–12 weeks)
