We're sorry for the inconvenience. Our team has been working hard to locate a leak in the spa pool, and unfortunately a temporary closure is the last resort to let us carry out a thorough inspection.
We've explored every other option before making this call — we know how much you love the spa pool, and we don't take closing it lightly. This is a short 24-hour window, and we'll have everything back up and running as quickly as possible.
✦ A little warmer while you wait
To make up for it, we've turned up the heat in the toddlers pool — a little extra warmth while the spa is offline. We hope that helps!
