✔️Pregnancy + Postpartum recovery: Specific focus on female physiology and performance, and also post pregnancy allowing proper recovery from childbirth, sessions are low-medium intensity depending on individual.
✔️Strength + Conditioning *Sport Specific Training: Evidence-based approaches with programmes/sessions applied to enhance performance in a specific sport with relevant elements tailored to athlete’s needs.
