The Hi-Zone is The Olympic's signature functional training space — and one of the most exciting gyms you'll train in. High energy, great equipment, and a circuit-based format that gets results fast.

The Hi-Zone also hosts our most popular class — a 30-minute high intensity interval session that combines functional, power and cardio exercises into one punishing, rewarding circuit.
