More Than Just a Workout
At The Olympic, we believe fitness is better together. Our group classes are led by expert instructors who motivate you to push further than you would alone. Whether you want to sweat in the Hi Zone, find your flow in the studio, or take the impact off your joints in the pool, we have a space for you.
High Intensity & Strength
- Hi Zone: Our signature 30-minute functional HIIT circuit. Fast, loud, and effective.
- Pump: The original barbell workout to strengthen and tone your entire body.
- Spin: 50 minutes of sprinting, climbing and chasing that endorphin rush.
- HIIT: Get fit fast with interval training.
Mind and Body
- Flow Yoga: dynamic style of yoga focusing on flowing movements.
- Yin Yoga: Meditative style class with longer holds.
- Power Yoga: A faster paced style and more energetic form of yoga .
- Pilates Burn: Interval based pilates. More intense.
- Pilates Flow: Slowed down pilates focusing on technique and flow.
Combat and Aquatic
- Impact: An epic kickboxing class – great for overall fitness and competence.
- Fight Fit: Train like a fighter. Learn the skills and develop your training with experts.
- Aqua Aerobics: An awesome low impact workout in the water. Great for all age groups.

Where do I go?
Most of the classes are in the large studio located on the changing room side upstairs. Hi-Zone is in the gym area (cage), Spin is at the far end of our cardio area and Aqua Aerobics is in the main pool.
Are the classes included in my membership? Do I need to book?
All gym (full facility) members have access to all of our classes. Casual customers can pay $17 ($13 Seniors) for a gym class.
There is no booking required for our classes – But we recommend being 5-10 minutes early to get set up and get the right space.
What should I bring?
For Yoga and Pilates, bring a yoga mat or soft mat.
For Impact and Fight Fit, bring boxing gloves.
We have gloves to borrow, but recommend you have your own.
