before you arrive.

Where do I go?
Most classes are in the large studio upstairs on the changing room side. Hi-Zone is in the gym area (the cage), Spin is at the far end of the cardio area, and Aqua Aerobics is in the main pool.
Are classes included in my membership?
Yes β€” all full facility members have access to every group class at no extra cost. Casual visitors pay $17 per class ($13 for seniors). No booking required, but we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to get set up.
What should I bring?
Bring a sweat towel (compulsory), a water bottle, and a positive attitude! For Yoga and Pilates, bring a yoga mat or soft mat. For Impact and Fight Fit, bring boxing gloves β€” we have gloves to borrow, but recommend having your own.
Do I need to book?
No booking required for any of our classes. Just turn up! We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to secure your spot and get settled before the class begins.
