Starting Monday, February 2nd | 6:00–6:50am
A 50-minute guided practice blending:
- Functional mobility
- Conscious breathwork
- Nervous system regulation
This session offers a grounded, inspiring start to the week.
Led by Wendy V, yogi and wellness mentor with over 35 years’ experience, the class is designed to help participants move better, breathe deeper, and feel more centred — before the week even begins.
