Trial Terms & Conditions
The “7-Day Trial for $7” offer (the “Trial”) is exclusively available at The Olympic Pools and Fitness Centre and is subject to the following terms and conditions. Participation in the Trial constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Eligibility Criteria:
- New Customer Status: The participant must not have been an active paying member of The Olympic Pools and Fitness Centre at any point within the preceding three (3) months from the date of trial activation.
- Prior Trial Exclusion: The participant must not have utilized any prior trial, introductory, or guest pass offer (paid or free) with The Olympic Pools and Fitness Centre within the preceding six (6) months.
- Age Requirement: All participants must be sixteen (16) years of age or older (proof of age may be required).
- Residency: The participant must provide valid proof of current residency within the Auckland region.
2. Trial Details:
- The Trial provides 7 consecutive days of all-access use of the facility, including the pools, gym floor, and scheduled group fitness classes.
- The Trial period begins on the day of initial activation and cannot be paused or transferred.
- Customers using the facility agree to our Privacy Policy and Rules.
3. General:
- The Olympic Pools and Fitness Centre management reserves the right to refuse or revoke the Trial at its sole discretion.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount.
