This program is designed for anyone ready to commit, work hard, and see real results—whether you’re chasing strength, endurance, or confidence in your training.
What’s Included
3 x 1-Hour Group Sessions per Week
Small groups (capped at just 10 people) mean you’ll get personal attention and support while training alongside others who share the same drive.
Choose Your Schedule
Morning Camp: Monday / Wednesday / Friday — 7:00–8:00am
Evening Camp: Monday / Wednesday / Friday — 6:30–7:30pm
Class Format
1-Hour Group Training
Optional +30 mins:
• Boxing fundamentals & technique
• Light contact / sparring
• Open gym or support
(Bring your own gloves)
Pricing
Non-members: $950 (Early Bird $700 Until 5th Sep)
Members: $800 (Early Bird $700 Until 5th Sep)
2-for-1 / Student Rate: $700 per person (both must commit)
All participants must hold a valid gym membership
(Add just $10/week for a 12-week membership if needed)
Deposit: $100 to secure your spot (cash only, non-refundable)
