• Friday 8th: 5:30 am to 7:00 pm – Early close for staff Xmas Party
• Sunday 24th: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm – Xmas Eve
• Monday 25th: CLOSED ALL DAY
• Tuesday 26th: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm – Boxing Day
• Wednesday 27th: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Thursday 28th: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Friday 29th: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Saturday 30th: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Sunday 31st: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm – NY Eve

Opening Hours January 2024

• Monday 1st: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm – NY Day
• Tuesday 2nd: 7:00 am to 6:00 pm – Public Holiday
• Wednesday 3rd: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Thursday 4th: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Friday 5th: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Saturday 6th: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Sunday 7th: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm

GROUP FITNESS:

The group fitness schedule will pause after the final class on Friday the 22nd of December, and resume Monday the 8th January 2024.

This is a slightly longer break than usual, and we hope that you can find some self-motivation or give your body a rest before kicking it into gear on the 8th Jan.

The studio rooms will be available and you are welcome to create your own sessions during the break.
