- Friday 9th: Open 5:30 am – Close 5:30 pm
- Saturday 24th: Open 7:00 am – Close 6:00 pm
- Sunday 25th XMAS DAY – Closed
- Monday 26th: Open 9:00 am – Close 6:00 pm
- Tuesday 27th: Open 7:00 am – Close 8:00 pm
- Wednesday 28th: Open 7:00 am – Close 8:00 pm
- Thursday 29th: Open 7:00 am – Close 8:00 pm
- Friday 30th: Open 7:00 am – Close 8:00 pm
- Saturday 31st: Open 7:00 am – Close 6:00 pm
January 2023 Special Opening Hours
- Sunday 1st: Open 9:00 am – Close 6:00 pm

Group Fitness Classes
The final day for Group Fitness in 2022 will be Friday the 23rd of December.
