Get yourself Fight Fit with this awesome new class!

Starting on Tuesday the 18th July, The Olympic is proud to announce the addition of FIGHT FIT to our group fitness schedule.

 

Fight Fit = A 10 Week block programme for Olympic members to train like a fighter, learning proper striking, footwork and techniques. Along with this, members will develop their conditioning with the same tools that a fighter would.
